Membership

A member is a customer who agrees to these terms and creates an account through our site. Membership is free. You must provide accurate information, including your name and email address. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to members.

Account information

You log in with a one-time code sent to your registered email. Please keep your details up to date. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and login codes secure, and must not share them. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from inadequate security on your side, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@aldermereandco.com from your registered address. Orders placed before closing, and any pending returns or exchanges, will still be processed.

Prohibited conduct

Members must not infringe the rights of Aldermere or others; provide false information; use another person's account or email; create multiple accounts; disrupt the operation of the site; use site content beyond personal use; or engage in unlawful or abusive conduct.

Suspension and termination

If a member breaches these terms, or we reasonably consider an account to be misused, we may suspend or close it without prior notice and may refuse re-registration.

Emails

You can choose whether to receive our newsletter about new arrivals and offers, and unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. Order, shipping and security emails are sent regardless of this setting.

Your information

We use member information to process orders and after-sales service, send news about products and offers (if you opt in), improve our products and services, and communicate about your account. Some processing is handled by trusted service providers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes

We may update member benefits and these terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
