The Aldworth starts from a ribbed knit and then brushes the inner face until it stops registering as fabric at all. That is the whole proposition. There is no technology to talk about and no performance claim to make — just a surface soft enough that you lose track of it within a minute of putting it on, which is the only thing underwear is actually asked to do.

The waistband is built to return to shape rather than to hold tight. A waistband that grips works for a week; a waistband that recovers works for a year. This one does not roll over at the top edge and does not leave a line at the end of the day.

The front panel is shaped to support without compressing, and the rib is left open enough on the outside that air passes between the channels instead of sitting against the skin.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once the sealed packaging has been opened. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please check the measurements before ordering.

Care

Machine wash cold in a laundry bag. Do not tumble dry — heat is what destroys waistband elastic, and it will flatten the brushed face. Do not iron.
