The Stratton is knitted in a ribbed structure that runs the full body — vertical relief that gives the surface depth and a bit of spring, so the sweater holds its shape through a long day instead of softening into whatever shape you left it in. It is soft against the skin and can be worn with nothing underneath.

The half-zip is the only hardware on it. Closed it reads as a mock neck; halfway it opens into a soft collar; fully open it frames a shirt. One garment, three different necklines, decided by how warm you are.

Ten colours and sizes to 5XL. If you only buy one knit from Aldermere, this is the sensible answer.

Ribbed knit
Vertical relief through the body with a little spring to it. Holds its shape rather than relaxing out.

Half-zip collar
Closed, half-open or fully open. Adjusts the warmth and the neckline without changing the garment.

Soft hand
Comfortable directly against the skin, so it works with nothing underneath.

S to 5XL, which almost nothing cut this cleanly offers.
